Ce d\u00e9coupage en 7 p\u00f4les scientifiques \u00e0 partir des nombreuses th\u00e9matiques d\u2019IJCLab est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre qui tient compte \u00e0 la fois du regroupement de projets et d\u2019\u00e9quipes travaillant sur des th\u00e9matiques identiques ou voisines, des \u00e9volutions th\u00e9matiques pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 court\/moyen terme, de l\u2019existence de synergie en termes de m\u00e9thodes de travail ou de la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des interlocuteurs (collaborateurs, partenaires et tutelles) nationaux et internationaux.<br \/><br \/>Ces p\u00f4les sont structur\u00e9s en \u00e9quipes de recherche et sont dirig\u00e9s par un(e) Directeur(trice) Scientifique Associ\u00e9(e) (DSA) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Physique Nucl\u00e9aire :<\/strong>\u00a0David Verney<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physique des Hautes \u00c9nergies :<\/strong> Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Schune<\/li>\n<li><strong>Astroparticules, astrophysique et cosmologie :<\/strong> Sophie Henrot-Versill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9nergie et environnement :<\/strong> Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rico Garrido<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physique sant\u00e9 :<\/strong> Philippe Lani\u00e8ce<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physique th\u00e9orique :<\/strong> Samuel Wallon<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physique des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs :<\/strong> S\u00e9bastien Bousson<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le travail de ces \u00e9quipes s\u2019effectue non seulement au sein de leur p\u00f4le, mais aussi de fa\u00e7on plus transverse, en lien avec les autres p\u00f4les scientifiques, le p\u00f4le ing\u00e9nierie et\/ou les plateformes d\u2019IJCLab.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9changes ont lieu de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8re au sein du directoire, qui rassemble la direction, la Directrice Technique (en charge du p\u00f4le ing\u00e9nierie) et les Directeurs Scientifiques Associ\u00e9s (en charge des p\u00f4les scientifiques), pour assurer la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle du laboratoire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les P\u00f4les Scientifiques sont au nombre de 7: Physique Nucl\u00e9aire, Physique des Hautes \u00c9nergies, Astroparticules Astrophysique et Cosmologie, \u00c9nergie et Environnement, Physique Sant\u00e9, Physique Th\u00e9orique et Physique des Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs.
